If you receive an e-mail from us with instructions to complete your download, the receipt by you of the e-mail will constitute delivery by us to you of the fonts you purchased.

In case you are unable to download the fonts you purchase or you do not receive an e-mail from us with instructions to complete your download, you must contact us within 5 days from the date of your order. If you do not contact us within 5 days from the date of your order, the fonts you purchased will be considered received, downloaded, and delivered to you.‍

Refund Policy

All sales of font software are final. We can't refund money or replace incorrect font license purchases. As we can't verify that you no longer have copies of the font files. If the font software is defective it shall be replaced by the same software if accompanied by a purchase receipt and we are notified within 10 days of purchase.‍
